We were so fortunate to select Wayco Construction as our partner to rebuild this incredibly complex Port Cochere at the entrance of the lobby into our resort hotel. The confidence I felt in navigating through the complexity of this project with Josh and his team was critical in making sure this project would have minimal impact on our guests. His ability to adjust to the unforeseen ( and there were many) speaks highly of the skill level of Josh and his company. Thank you so much for Wayco !!!!!
Built an ADU attached to my house in imperial beach and Josh and his crew were great to work with. Constant communication (which is hard to find these days) and excellent craftsmanship. Job was completed in a timely manor and turned out absolutely perfect. I will use them again on any other project I have in the San Diego area and high key recommend anyone else looking for a great reliable team to use WAYCO!

Wayco Construction recently finished work on our home which entailed two projects. First was to take off the old wood paneling on the front lower half of our house and replace it with stone. Rob completed this portion of the work and was a true craftsman. He did an excellent job, we couldn't be happier. They also replaced old wood on our gable in front of the house. In the meantime in the back of our home, we requested they replace the old DIY Pergola with a solid roof patio cover with finished work and to match the rest of the house roof line and room addition. The workmanship can't be questioned, it looks beautiful and we are very happy from the tongue and groove ceiling, installed canned lighting and ceiling fan. The post were built out/encased and just makes the whole patio cover come together. We asked for a finished look and got it. One of our neighbors commented that this team of craftsman arrived right at 7:00 a.m. and didn't leave until end of day. The Project Manager, Brandon, was hear more than not and Josh came by frequently. The Project Manager, Brandon was easily accessible by phone, email and in person - response time immediate. This team carried out the work in a very timely manner, the project was kept on track. Even those pesky final details were completed timely. We just didn't have a complaint. If your looking for some work done on your residence, I would highly recommend Wayco, you will be getting quality work that is finished in a timely manner.
I want to thank Josh Coit and his team at WAYCO Construction, Inc for the great work that was done on for recent home upgrade. Josh did a fine job of managing the effort in spite of concurrent work being performed by other companies in other areas of our home, and served to work seamlessly with the other efforts. As far as the stone facing that was installed, I don't think the word "artist" is too far from appropriate to describe the work that Rob performed in upgrading our home. My wife was very pleased at the work and approving comments continually came from the rest of the family as the work progressed. I think most telling was when a couple of neighbors stopped by and commented on how nice the work was and one even sought a referral. Bottom line, if you need an appearance upgrade to your home that is professionally done, that has patient and flexible management that can work through your particular issues, I can't recommend any better professionals than the team at WAYCO Construction.
We are VERY impressed with Wayco Construction! Josh and Brandon were so easy to work with and made the entire home renovation process a true breeze. We updated our kitchen, fireplace, and flooring. They were very professional - always showing up on time, worked very fast (3 weeks from start to finish), and stayed long hours to ensure there was never a mess at the end of the day. We loved the fact that they were there for us throughout all stages of this process: from the design to the actual purchasing of the materials, flooring, lights, countertop, etc. to installation. Would recommend them to anyone in need of house renovations and will most definitely use them again for remodeling our baths and the rest of the house in the near future. Would have given them 6 stars if there was an option!!
Josh and Wayco Construction built a retaining wall with a fence on top to replace a 30 plus year old falling down wall and termite eaten falling over fence. It was a shared project with the neighbor which adds a degree of complication to any project. Wayco did an excellent job and Josh's crew were true professionals. They did everything in the contract as promised and a few extras. I would recommend Wayco for your construction projects.
Wayco and company were a perfect selection for our Family’s project. This project has been a long time in the works and hiring Wayco was the best decision. Josh, Rob and company were thorough with their promises, commitment and definitely quality of work. If you want great work by great people Wayco is your best choice. I saw Wayco was building an ADU for a friend. I reached out as we were looking for a referral to build a deck and extend our keystone wall. I reached out to Josh at Wayco and he promptly replied, then scheduled a time to come by our home to discuss our backyard ideas. We were ready to build the deck, extend the wall, put a screen around our propane tank and a gate to our pool equipment. I couldn't be more pleased with the result of this project. Although there were some delays with materials, which is very common right now, Josh always kept us updated. I appreciated that his crew was respectful of our property and put down barriers when needed. The pricing was more than fair and the result was amazing. We are getting so many compliments as we unveiled our addition on the 4th of July to family and friends. Everyone gave many compliments about the outcome of this project appearance and how sturdy the deck was. We have and will continue to refer Wayco, and use them for future projects around our home.
I have to give a lot of props to WAYCO. They were very professional and clearly stand by their work. They worked in my budget and kept us on a quick schedule. Reliable is a lot of good these days and they are very reliable. They clearly no the ins and outs of what they are doing. They sub a lot of the work out which is what I was looking for. I wanted a plumber, a electrician, a painter-- masters of their field. They never delayed me waiting for a sub which was also great. When things did go wrong they always fixed the issue. Overall we are very happy with the remodel they provide and the customer service they gave us.
We utilized Mr. Coit and Wayco Construction for a recent kitchen remodel. We had no ideas as to what we wanted the end result of this project to be, however with Mr. Coit's impeccable vision, he was able to design us the kitchen of our dreams in no time. The entire process of working with Mr. Coit and his team was seamless and professional. If this is the way remodels are supposed to go, then sign me up for more! You will be hard-pressed to find another company that can provide a better experience and end result for you and your family.
Very pleased with Wayco Construction. The team was great and we loved Rob. Would definitely recommend them. Love love, love the bathroom shower. The floors are beautiful and my kitchen feels updated and has very usable drawers. Thanks Josh for making this happen.
